Once in contract, buyer will have 3 on-site visits:
● Inspection
● Blue Tape
● Final Walk/Home Orientation
BUYER’S AGENT COMMISSION:
3% of purchase price
The Roberts Team Customer Care Coordinator:
HANDLD will work on all paperwork with title company and buyer’s agent. They will facilitate all paperwork from contract to close.
